COURSE OVERVIEW
GWO BTT Electrical (BTTE) provides the skills and knowledge to safely solve basic electrical tasks within a wind turbine generator, under the supervision of an experienced technician. Need the BTT Electrical (BTTE) training module?
This GWO Basic Technical Training is designed to provide participants with introductory knowledge of how electricity works, electrical systems within a wind turbine generator (WTG), electrical circuitry, and the use of electrical testing and troubleshooting tools.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Participants completing a GWO BTT Electrical (BTTE) training course will be able to:
- Solve basic electrical tasks responsibly (supervised by an experienced technician), using safe working procedures and the correct PPE.

A GWO BTT Electrical training course includes;
- Introduction to electricity
- Electrical components
- Sensors
- Electrical circuits
- Electrical measuring instruments
PREREQUISITES
In order to complete a GWO BTTE course, participants must:
- Be WINDA registered before arriving for the course
